No. Mental performance coaching is not mental health therapy or clinical counseling. The work is focused on performance, skill development, and growth rather than diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. If deeper mental health support is needed, appropriate referrals can be provided.
Sessions are typically held virtually via video call, with in-person options available for teams, local athletes, or special events.
